ABOUT ME

“Creating Spaces Where People Feel Seen, Safe, and Supported”

My Work Begins Where People Have Been Overlooked

I’m a trauma‑informed inclusion practitioner supporting individuals and organisations to build cultures of safety, belonging, and emotional clarity. My work blends psychology, coaching, and lived experience with creative, motif‑driven tools that help people feel grounded, understood, and empowered.

I specialise in supporting women, minority ethnic communities, neurodivergent adults, and people navigating discrimination, crisis, or identity‑based stress.

My Work

I create practical, accessible tools for inclusion and wellbeing, including the Microaggression Survival Workbook, Coral Bay – A Journey to Self-Discovery Ebook, and digital wellbeing resources for individuals and organisations.

What I Offer

  • Trauma‑informed inclusion support

  • Emotional literacy tools

  • Behaviour and well-being strategies

  • Cultural competence and anti‑racism

  • Coaching and reflective practice

  • Creative resource design

  • Motif‑driven storytelling

For years, I watched people internalise harm they didn’t cause:

- Microaggressions dismissed as “misunderstandings”

- Burnout is treated as a personal failure

- Cultural identity questioned or minimised

- Neurodivergence misunderstood

- Women over 40 are made to feel invisible

- Professionals in crisis are left without tools or language

I created this practice to change that narrative.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported — at work, at home, and within themselves.

Beyond the ordinary

Why This Work Matters

Many people are navigating systems that were never designed with them in mind.

My work centres the people who are too often pushed to the margins — offering tools, language, and support that are:

- Culturally authentic

- Emotionally grounded

- Accessible and practical

- Non‑hierarchical

- Rooted in lived experience and professional expertise

This isn’t corporate DEI.

This is real‑world inclusion, built with compassion and clarity.

Focused on clients

I use a motif‑driven, emotionally resonant framework inspired by the idea of safe harbours, thresholds, and guiding lights — symbols that reflect transition, resilience, and belonging.

Expect:

- Warmth, not jargon

- Honesty, not judgement

- Tools you can use immediately

- A space where your identity is respected, not questioned

“Margaret helped me understand patterns I’d normalised for years. I feel stronger, clearer, and more confident at work.”

“Our team finally has language for things we’ve been struggling with. The training was eye‑opening and practical.”

"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Margaret."
